I can login, but keep getting logged out.
This is an occasional problem with some browsers, particularly (most recently) Firefox. It is usually an indication that you need to clear your cookies and browser cache. Once you do that, you should be able login again.
To avoid this problem, you should adjust your browser settings to automatically clear private data, cache and temporary internet files whenever you close your browser. It is also a safer way to surf the internet!

How can I delete my account?
If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, please
contact us here and type "Delete Account" in the subject line. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!
How Do I Turn Email Notifications On / Off?
By default, most email notifications are turned on, meaning our system will send you a notice when another member posts a comment on your wall, adds you to their Buddy List, Hot List, or sends you a private message. There are more than a dozen possible notifications.
To selectively turn email notifications "On" or "Off," click on
Account Settings to make changes.
Why has my Account been Suspended?
The most common reason for a suspended account is lack of an appropriate primary photo, or no photo uploaded whatsoever. Anonymous or incomplete profiles may also result in account suspension.
To request that your account be re-enabled
contact us here. Type "enable account" in the subject line. Your account will be reviewed and enabled again for 24 hours. During that time you'll need to upload a picture of yourself. If no photo is uploaded, your account will be permanently deleted.
How can I deal with someone that is bothering me?
If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. To do this, click the "Block this Member" link that appears below the photo on their profile. This will prevent the offending member from viewing your profile and photos, contacting you or posting comments on your profile wall.
You can review your blocked list, and add members by Username, from the
Profile Privacy page.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party, and we do not transmit or convey your email address in any communication between members. Click to review our entire

How can I block users from contacting me?
You may block any member from viewing your profile and contacting you. To do this, click the "Block this Member" link that appears below the photo on their profile. You can review your blocked list, and add members by Username, from the
Profile Privacy page.
How can I track "Who Viewed My Profile?"
You may track which members viewed your profile by clicking on
Privacy Settings from your Dashboard. Check "Yes" next to "Show Profile Views?” to enable this feature, and click the [Save Changes] button at the bottom of the page.
To see who viewed your profile, from your Dashboard, click the link in the lower left column “Who Viewed My Profile?” You will see most recent members who viewed your profile. Note that tracking begins once you enable the feature in Privacy Settings, so you will not see any detail prior to enabling this feature.
I signed up, but I cannot login to the site.
After you sign up, you must validate your membership by clicking the activation link that has been emailed to you. Once you have have completed this step, you will be able to login to the site.
If you did not provide a valid email address during signup, you will not be able to activate your account, and will need to recreate your account and profile using a valid email address.
I have not received the activation link in my email.
Check your junk mail and/or spam folder. If you find our email there, be sure to mark it as "not spam" (or "not junk") and add ubermuscle.com to your address book or safe senders list.
If you have not received the activation link,
click here to resend it.
If you still do not receive the activation link, it is possible you miskeyed your email address during signup, or our email is being blocked by your email client or ISP. (If your email client or ISP is blocking our email, we recommend using free email from Yahoo or Gmail.)
