As I train harder and harder, I grow bigger and bigger. My body is constantly under construction with the goal of getting FREAKY HUGE by 2014.

People I did extremely well. I had registered for just one competition: YBF's Dutch National Championship for beginners. My 4 coaches thought I had done that with so much passion and that I looked SO good, that they managed right then and there to register me for NABBA's Dutch National Championship for the more advance...d bodybuilders. I had only 10 minutes to prepare and did my thing. In my own competition we were with 6 athletes but in NABBA's competition I was competing against 10 really big guys. To make a long story short: I won BOTH championships and am now Dutch National Champion, Masters 50+ for both YBF and NABBA and also got a "wild card" for next year's World Championship in Austria. On 11-7 I'll do my last competition of this year: NAC's Mr. Holland here in The Hague.
